Caught in the Middle

Many of my sculptures have evolved from my life experiences. This is one of those..... My daughter, Amy, was always hauling my son, Clint, off on adventures such as lemonade stands, plays, and picnics. Clint would drag his blanket and our old dog would think he was playing “tug of war!” Poor Clint was so often “Caught in the Middle”. Though this depicts children at play, it is an analogy of how often as adults, we find ourselves “caught in the middle”. May this sculpture bring a smile to your spirit!
