“Belonging and Becoming” is a unique sculpture that captures the mission of a private school. Three students from various school levels--elementary school, middle school and high school--are depicted in this sculpture. The students are involved in a discussion of a book. They show a sense of community, of “belonging” to an educational institution that is committed to the development of each individual; mentally, physically, and socially. It is within the structure of the community of the school that the uniqueness of each individual can “become”...achieving his or her full potential.

This sculpture can be adapted to meet needs of the specific school which it represents in the following ways:
1. The uniforms can be adapted and the logo changed.
2. The book of interest can be made to be the Bible, a book with your founders listed or other options.
3. The field hockey stick can be eliminated or changed to another sports item.

A purchasing school can request exclusivity within their state so that no other sculptures of the edition can be placed in their area.
